VoiceNote is a general-purpose voice recording tool for capturing personal notes, ideas, and reminders.

The App is designed for note-taking and personal organization
It is not intended for any specific professional, medical, or therapeutic use
Content you record is your responsibility

Use the App at your own discretion for your personal needs.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App and the content you record.

We are not responsible for:

Decisions you make based on the App or your recordings
Content you record or how you use your recordings
Loss of recordings if you delete the app or lose your device

4. Purchase & Payments

VoiceNote is available as a one-time payment to unlock all features permanently.

No recurring charges or subscriptions

Purchase VoiceNote once and gain permanent access to all features
All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store
Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID
No recurring billing or auto-renewal

Restoring Your Purchase:

Your purchase can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchase" option to regain access
No additional payment required when restoring on the same Apple ID

Refunds:

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies
We do not provide refunds directly
To request a refund, contact Apple Support within the eligible refund period
Apple typically offers a refund window for in-app purchases

Price Changes:

We may adjust the purchase price from time to time. If you have already purchased VoiceNote, price changes do not affect you - your access remains permanent at the price you paid.

Access to Features:

After purchasing VoiceNote, you gain immediate and permanent access to all features
Your locally stored voice recordings remain on your device regardless of purchase status
All recordings are stored locally and never require an active purchase to access

5. Data & Privacy

VoiceNote is designed to be private.

No account is required
No personal data is collected
All data remains on your device

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and features of the App are owned by VoiceNote and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the App
Reverse engineer or modify the App

7. Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

VoiceNote is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data (including if the app is deleted)
